We did lots of "fun things" as Davey calls them this weekend. It was Art City Days in Springville, so we decided to go to the carnival there. Davey first discovered amusement park rides last year at the Cache County Fair, and now he can't get enough. We splurged and bought him a wristband, so he was able to go as much as he wanted.
I love the smile on his face here. You can tell he is having so much fun.
The Ferris Wheel is his favorite. It was the first thing he wanted to go on.

For him, the only thing better than going on the rides themselves was going on them with his Daddy...
At the end of the day, Dave caved in and shot a couple of baskets and won this tiger for Davey.
This ride was so crazy! It didn't look that bad from the ground, so we decided to try it. It was not as fun as it looks. Don't get me wrong, I love roller coasters and other things, but I don't really enjoy the rides where they take you to the top and drop you, which is what this ride did. You can't tell from the video, but Davey had this look on his face like, "Mommy, get me off of here!" He didn't admit that he didn't like it, but when we asked if he wanted to go again, it was a definite no.

how fun! Ethan is totally jealous of the tiger... if only his dad were as cool as Davey's!
